In Contrast To

Hard and soft, black and white, feminine and masculine, grass and concrete are just a few of my favourite contrasts that work together so well. Elements that complement each other even though of different kinds.  Polar opposites that happen to attract.  While combining two things that don't normally go well together is proven risky (I learned the hard way), the right ingredients and moderation assure an even mix.  In fact the contrast of this improvised skate park to the landscape is interesting as its location -- on the foot of a hill. Same goes to the addition of this cap to my dress and strappy heels.  And the disagreement of my outfit to the landscape and so on.
